Conditions of Contract

Bungalows & Glam Tent

To make a reservation for a bungalow the following conditions will have to be accepted.

The reservation is personal and not transferable. Once we receive the down payment the reservation is fixed. The dates of the reservation can not be changed (neither shortened nor lengthened) and the booked time period has to be paid entirely. The campsite reserves itself the right to change the accommodation at any point in time and to offer the customer an equivalent accommodation instead.

Equipment:

Equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils for the number of places according to the contracted model. Cleaning utensils and courtesy pack.
Baby bed and crib chairs are optional and free and should be requested when the reservation is made. Towels included in the price.

Check in / out:

The bungalow will be available for check in from 5 pm . In the case of arriving later the reception must be informed beforehand.

Check out must be before 10 am on the day fixed in the contract.
Only one vehicle per bungalow is permitted.

Pets:

Pets are strictly forbidden.

Occupation:

The occupation of the bungalow may never exceed the number of places available in the bungalow. It is forbidden to put up additional tents next to the bungalow.

Payment:

The down payment per bungalow is calculated according to the amount of the stay.
Stays less than 999,-€ down payment = 300,-€
Stays from 1000,-€ down payment = 600,-€
Stays from 3000,-€ down payment = 900,-€
Stays from 4000,-€ down payment = 1200,-€

The down payment will be 300 Euros per plot and can be made by credit card at the time of the online reservation.

The outstanding balance must be paid upon receipt of the remaining payment form provided by the campsite. This payment will be made by credit card, approximately 7 days before the arrival date

Deposit:

The deposit is 100 Euros per bungalow. It will be returned once you have checked out. In case of unsatisfactory cleanliness or other imperfections of the bungalow, the campsite reserves itself the right to keep the deposit of 100 Euros.

Annulment of the contract:

If the bungalow is not occupied by the client within 24 hours, the contract will be annulled automatically, and the total down payment will be withheld if the client does not inform us of his delay in written form beforehand.
Cala Pola Campsite reserves itself the right to rent out the bungalow again.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation of a reservation 25% of the down payment will be lost.
If the reservation is cancelled between 31 and 50 days before arrival 50% of the down payment will be lost.
In case of a cancellation occurring less than 30 days before arrival 100% will be lost.

For Plus-Pitches

To make a reservation for a pitch PLUS, the following conditions will have to be accepted.
The pitch PLUS will be allocated to the client. (In case there are more pitches available, we offer our clients the possibility to choose concrete number)
The campsite reserves itself the right to change the accommodation and to offer instead for the customer an equivalent accommodation.
The reservation is personal and not transferable. Once we receive the down payment, the reservation is fixed.
The dates of the reservation cannot be changed. Even if the client does not stay the whole period, the reserved period will be charted.

Equipment:

The PLUS pitches are provided with an electrical connection of 10 Amps, water connection and drainage.

Arrival schedule:

The check in time at the day of arrival is from 12 o’clock midday (in high season from 13 o’clock on). At the day of departure the pitch has to be free before 12 o’clock midday.

Pets:

Pets are strictly forbidden.

Occupation:

Every PLUS pitch can be occupied with a maximum of 6 persons and one car.
The minimum stay in high season is 5 days.

Payment:

The down payment is 300 Euros per Pitch and can be by credit card.

The outstanding balance must be paid upon receipt of the remaining payment form provided by the campsite. This payment will be made by credit card, approximately 7 days before the arrival date

Annulment of the contract:

If the reserved pitch plus will not be occupied by the client on the day of arrival or at the latest on the following day before 12 o’clock, the contract will be cancel automatically and the total down payment will be withheld if the client doesn’t inform us before in written form. Camping Cala Pola reserves the right to rent the pitch again.

Cancellation:

The customer pays for the days agreed, regardless of whether he or she leaves before. In case of cancellation of a reservation, 50% of the down payment will be lost. If the reservation will be cancelled during the last 30 days up to the date of arrival, the whole down payment will be lost.
