Internal Campsite Regulations
- Access to the campsite is reserved for campers only: Visitors will have to ask at Reception for permission to enter. The Campsite Management reserves the right of admission and if necessary, will expel persons who, by their behaviour, disturb the peace and harmony of other campers or who don’t comply with the norms of living together in morality and decency as established by the Campsites Official Regulation of the Interior Regime of the F.N.C.E. as well as with the rules of these Regulations. The person whose signature is on the entry invoice will be responsible for all acts attributable to him or his companions.
- On arrival each camper will register in Reception and will have to declare those persons who accompany him as well as objects liable for payment. Not to comply with this regulation will be enough reason for expulsion. If any campsite employee asks for it, it is necessary to show the entry invoice that you received on arrival. Your campsite payment must be paid by card or cash at arrival. Or by bank transfer or credit card before arrival.
- To avoid the entrance of people to the campsite who are not staying at the campsite and to maintain the safety of our customers, every person has to wear the identifying bracelet. It is obligatory to wear the bracelet from your day of arrival until your day of departure, these must be returned to reception at the end of the stay. In case of not accepting this rule, the direction can cancel the contract between customer and campsite. In case of a broken or lost bracelet: If the bracelet is broken the customer will be given a new one upon showing the broken one. If the bracelet gets lost the client has to pay a fine of €20 to obtain a new one. To make this payment it is necessary to show the copy of the invoice.
- Minors aged under 16 will NOT be admitted unless they are accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them. Parents or guardians of minors will be responsible for any damage caused by them during their stay.
- Pitches will be assigned at check-in. Your vehicle will have to be parked on your own pitch, leaving other pitches free for the disposal of newcomers. There is a maximum of one car + caravan/tent and 6 people (children and babies included) allowed on each pitch.
- Electricity: The Management reserves the right not to allow the use of electric installations to those customers who don’t have their own connection in perfect condition. All the essential accessories can be found in the supºermarket. The campsite’s electrician is the only person authorised to examine any electrical fault.
- Pets are not allowed on the camping site, except for dogs, which can be accommodated in the areas specifically designated for them.
- Dogs: Dogs are allowed exclusively in the Plus Dog Plots numbered 1 to 31, both inclusive, and in the Xaloc Bungalows.
- It is forbidden to watch T.V. or listen to the radio or stereo at too high volume on pitches or in bungalows. Radios may not be used on terraces, swimming pools and toilet buildings.
- Parking at the entrance: This belongs to the campsite therefore only campers can use it and for arrivals after 24h. It can be used also while registering on arrival in reception, but never for departures: that means, at the end of the stay, you will leave directly the campsite ground. If the customers have a second car it has to be parked in the parking previous payment.
- Only Gas-Barbecues can be used on your own pitch; it is strictly forbidden to make an open fire in the campsite, on the beach or its surroundings. Fire/evacuation: The drill to be followed in the event of fire is in the reception with the corresponding emergency exits and the location of the fire extinguishers.
- The day of departure, the camper must leave his pitch before 12:00 am. In the case of the bungalows, the departure will be before 10.00 am, previous revision by our staff. Both accommodations must be left in perfect conditions. Later departure implies paying for another day.
- Please use our sanitary facilities correctly and keep them clean. Children who are under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- In order to preserve plants and trees it is forbidden to empty dirty water on them or to tie ropes to them for hanging clothing or any other things. It is compulsory to use a receptacle underneath the caravan to collect all dirty water. This receptacle must be emptied in the chemical toilets.
- All water in the campsite is drinkable. We ask our clients to collaborate in water saving. The campsite has a special place for cleaning cars and other gadgets, and it is forbidden to do so in any other area. Please leave this installation clean.
- Rubbish must be thrown in the respective containers (separate ones for plastic, organic material, paper, and ash) that you will find in the streets and kite areas. This will help to keep the campsite clean.
- Camping guests themselves are responsible for their belongings such as cars, caravans, tents, bikes, etc. The campsite is not responsible for possible theft or damages.
- Tents and Caravans: they cannot remain without occupants in the camping ground unless there has been a previous agreement with the Management. In the case of finding one left unoccupied, it will be removed from the campground without previous notice.
- On arrival we will give you information about the hours of our services in each season. These hours can vary, and the signs of the shops are considered valid.
- Silence and barrier closing: absolute silence between 00.00 pm and 7.00 am. Therefore, it is forbidden to drive during this period in any part of the campground and the barrier will be closed to enter or depart. The only exceptions to this rule are in proved medical emergency cases (ambulance, etc.). Nighttime arrivals: In the case of arriving between 00.00 pm and 7.00 am caravans and vehicles will be permitted to remain in the entrance parking on payment of the established amount. Nighttime departures: The clients who wish to leave the campsite definitively before the opening time of the campsite (7.00 am), have to notify the reception who will authorize the guard to allow this departure. In these cases the clients will have to park their automobile and caravan/ motorhome during the last night at the parking of the entrance and will have to pay their stay in advance.
- The plots are numbered and assigned. Changes are not allowed without prior authorization by reception.
- Visitors. They are strictly controlled. Persons, who don’t belong to the campground and would like to visit family or friends, will have to go to Reception where they will be informed of the regulations to follow in the case of an authorised entry. In this case campers will be responsible for their visitors.
- It is strictly forbidden to drive bikes, electric scooters, skateboards or pocket-bikes dangerously. It is also forbidden to drive any noisy vehicle. The maximum speed is 10 km per hour.
- Authorised boats: It is required to follow the marked lanes to get into the sea. It is forbidden to sail closer than 200 meters from the beach except in marked exit areas. It is forbidden to swim in marked boat exit areas.
- Swimming pool and terraces: There are rules for the hours, behaviour etc. that have to be strictly respected, otherwise the Management will take the necessary steps to resolve this. Minors under ten years old must be accompanied by an adult responsible for them.
- Image and order. During this holiday period we are a family living together in a unique natural environment .It is important not only to keep the place in good condition, but to leave it in the best possible condition at the end of the stay. Help us to keep it clean and tidy. Try to hang your clothes at the back of the plots or on the clotheslines of the bungalows, never at first sight or on the railings and let us know as soon as you see dirt or trees in bad conditions in any part of the enclosure.
- Those persons, who don’t comply with these regulations, as well as their family or friends under their responsibility, will be required by the Management to leave the campsite forthwith.
